Flooring estimate

A flooring estimate includes the cost for the flooring and underlayment if needed and installation costs. The time required for installation and square footage of the project are other factors that help determine a flooring quote. Don't let price and longer installation time discourage you from choosing high-end floorings like porcelain tile or unfinished hardwood. Instead, consider the durability, and therefore, the long lifespan of the floor. There may be an unusual cost before installation begins, such as difficult removal of an existing floor.

Subfloor repairs
